Refund and Returns Policy

At Hall-NutritionCoach, your satisfaction and trust are essential to us.
All our products are digital wellness materials (downloadable files, templates, courses, and toolkits). Because of the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately after purchase. Therefore, our policy reflects both fairness to our customers and the need to protect the integrity of our intellectual property.


1. Digital Product Policy

All Hall-NutritionCoach products — including PDFs, templates, spreadsheets, courses, and design assets — are delivered digitally via instant download.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to the product files and/or download links.

For this reason, all sales of digital products are considered final and non-refundable.


2. Exceptions — Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally bought the same product twice under the same account.
  • Technical Access Issues: If you did not receive access or download links due to a verified technical error on our platform.
  • Corrupted File or Broken Link: If the digital file provided is damaged or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved within 3 business days after support contact.

In any of the above cases, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days of purchase. We will verify your claim and, if eligible, issue a full refund or provide an alternate download link.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You misunderstood the product’s description before buying.
  • You no longer have access to the device used for downloading.
  • You claim dissatisfaction after using or viewing the content.
  • You request a refund beyond 7 days from the date of purchase.

All product pages include detailed descriptions, images, and feature lists to help you make an informed decision prior to checkout.


4. Exchanges

As all our items are digital, no physical returns or exchanges apply.
However, we may issue a replacement download link if your file becomes corrupted or inaccessible within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Support and Assistance

If you encounter any difficulty with downloads, file formats, or product access:

  • Contact support team.
  • Include: your order number, full name, and description of the issue.
    Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).

6. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any issues directly and amicably.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend access to all purchased materials and future product updates.


7. Changes to This Policy

Hall-NutritionCoach reserves the right to modify this refund and returns policy at any time to reflect updates in our digital systems, laws, or business operations.
All changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
